Deciding on the Portrait Size

The size of the portrait is decided by choosing one of the four paper sizes given in the table below. However, I can paint to order and if there is something specific you require, then this can be readily discussed. Please note that your painting is completed with a professional mount, from my local framer.

The Cost of a Portrait

Portrait costs are goverened by the size of the portrait, medium and number of subjects, as shown in the table below. Again, if a specific portrait is required, then this can be arranged. Also, there may be a need for posting the final painting, and this cost is added to the invoice. Over and above either a full body pose or two head and shoulder poses on one canvas as quoted on the table below, then the process is as follows. If you require extra animals on the canvas for watercolour, either an extra head or shoulder or a full body pose then add an extra £40 per animal. Choosing an example - to add a single animal to a full body watercolour size A3 at £304 will be plus £40 equalling £344. If you require an extra animal over and above two on the canvas for pencil, either a head or a full body pose then the same process applies but adding an extra £30 per animal to the quoted prices below.
